Affordable Will Writing Lawyers
“PKWA Law packages most of its legal services with an all-inclusive fixed fee that is affordable for all.”
The Straits Times

Creating a Will helps to ensure that your assets are distributed according to your wishes upon your passing, providing clear directives and minimising potential disputes among beneficiaries. It also allows you to appoint an executor to manage your estate, ensuring that your affairs are handled efficiently and in accordance with your intentions.
It is the kind of legal document that everybody should take the time to prepare.
PKWA Law is a participating law firm in the Singapore Academy of Law (SAL) Wills Repository Service.
The service allows participating law firms to securely deposit digital copies of their clients’ Wills with SAL. When you make your Will with PKWA Law, we can arrange for a digital copy to be deposited with SAL on your behalf.
The digital copy provides an additional reference point and can help your nominated authorised persons locate and access a copy of your Will when needed.
Importantly, the digital copy does not replace your original signed Will. The original Will is still required when applying for a Grant of Probate and should therefore continue to be kept safely by you.
| Service | SAL | PKWA Law | Total Fee |
| Digital Will Deposit (only for PKWA Law Will clients) | $110 (currently waived*) | $100 | $100 now ($210 from 1 April 2027) |
*SAL’s $100 fee is waived until 31 March 2027. The total fee will be $210 from 1 April 2027, subject to SAL’s prevailing fees.
In general, when preparing a will, the following must be in place.
When making a Will, you should include the following clauses:
If you are yet to get a Lasting Power of Attorney then you may consider taking advantage of our special promotional price for both your LPA and Will. Unlike a Will, which takes effect after your passing, an LPA ensures that your personal and financial affairs are managed by someone you trust in the event that you become mentally incapacitated. This legal document provides peace of mind by enabling your appointed proxy to make critical decisions on your behalf, reducing the risk of family disputes and legal complications.

Why get an LPA and a Will?
An LPA is an inexpensive legal document which can ensure clarity on how your personal and financial affairs are managed by someone you trust in the event you become mentally incapacitated. A Will on the other hand only comes into effect after you have passed away.
It is highly recommended that everyone should get both an LPA and a Will which is why we’ve packaged them together at a more attractive price point.
Can’t I just create a Will myself for free?
The answer is yes, you absolutely can write a Will yourself but even the Singapore Government via the MyLegacy website actively encourage people to consult a lawyer when creating a Will. This is because it is an important legal document and you want to ensure that when it is needed, there is no question marks around its validity.
Our lawyers have a significant amount of experience in writing wills and also helping the executors with the administration after the person has passed away. This experience ensures we understand the right questions to ask and provide the best advice.
There is an increasing tendency for people to use ‘cheap (or even free) and fast’ will writing services. People tend to believe they’re getting a great deal because their will is cheap and quickly drawn up, but this is a very significant document that can have wide ranging ramifications after someone passes away. Whilst you don’t need to spend huge sums of money on creating a Will [unless it is very complicated] nor would it usually be advisable to seek out the cheapest option available.
Our focus on customer service has resulted in thousands of positive reviews.
